Statistical tests merely indicate a small portion of the properties of random number subsequence. There is a limit to the statistical tests of randomness, then it is more important to show the properties of random number subsequence theoretically. Since it is difficult to know the nature of the pseudo-random number subsequence theoretically, statistical tests can be useful sometimes when examining the properties of the random number sequence used for certain applications.
